CreatiPhage Great Achievement at the 2023 Maker in China Shanghai Competition

Recently, the 2023 Maker in China SME (Small Medium Enterprise) Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Shanghai concluded. CreatiPhage participating for the first time, achieved remarkable results by winning the first place in the Life Health Track at the sub-competition level and eleventh place (Excellence Award) in the overall competition.
In the preliminary round held in the Science and Health sub-competition area, CreatiPhage stood out among 71 projects, leading the top ten.
The finals, held on October 12th at the Zhangjiang Science Hall, saw 27 companies/teams from sic major tracks and seven sub-fields compete, with CreatiPhage winning the Excellence Award in the company group.
In this competition, CreatiPhage showcased its vision, strategy, and progress in “Preventing the Hidden Pandemic of Antibiotic-Resistant Bacteria with a Comprehensive Phage Solution,” focusing on its bacteriophage technology development against Acinetobacter baumannii. As a startup, CreatiPhage is honored to have its project’s originality, advancement, industrialization, and future scalability recognized by the jury. The company remains committed to improving social welfare and public health, enhancing technological innovation and industrial application to address the growing problem of antibiotic resistance.
